Meet David

David Davis is a Certified Organisational Coach, Certified Hogan Practitioner and Accredited DISC® Advanced Consultant, but he’d prefer to be thought of as an ‘Inquisitive Change-Maker’.

David spent 30 years navigating change in multinational organisations including eBay, Biogen, Novartis, KPMG and iNova Pharmaceuticals. This experience equipped him with an innate ability to recognise and harness the strengths in others and he became a confidante for executives grappling with tough decisions.

Over his illustrious career, David earned a reputation for empowering people to realise their full potential by creating a culture of positive change and growth.
